On this page you will find information about our current business, ordering & shipping & handling policies.

Shipping and Handling: FREE within U.S. - for International shipments ask us for a quote.

We attempt to ship most products the next business day after we receive the order.

Delivery of most items will be about one week. Delivery of CAS Hanwei (Paul Chen) products & Cold Steel knives will be about 10 days to two weeks. Shipping: FREE within U.S.

We currently offer the following shipping methods:
USPS Priority Mail for Prints, DVDs & Swashers. Shipping: FREE within U.S.

UPS ground &/or USPS for Samurai Swords. Shipping: FREE within U.S.

Credit Card Buyers: Check out with PayPal by Clicking on "Add to Cart". Then when you have finished buying, click on "Proceed to Checkout". Then you will enter the PayPal screen. Then choose Credit Card Payment. It's that simple.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right

If you are dissatisfied with our product then send it back to us for a full refund. Returns must be received by us in the same condition as when we shipped them. Return shipping is the responsibility of the custumer.

If an order is damaged during shipping let us know and we will work with you to make things right.
